I was really let down by my stay at this hotel. The excitement I had for the tiki bar was crushed when I found out it was closed, and I was faced with several maintenance issues in the room that never got addressed. The cleanliness was subpar, and I encountered ants in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements to make it worthwhile.
